The decision to publish a public notification in Part IV of The Gazette of India vests exclusively with the Department of Publication (Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs), Government of India, located at Civil Lines, New Delhi. Similarly, notifications in State Gazettes rest exclusively with the respective State Government printing directorates.
KAAGZAAT does not represent, solicit, or guarantee publication dates, expedited approval, or official acceptance. Any fees charged by KAAGZAAT represent professional consultation, drafting, and document assembly fees, and are entirely distinct from statutory government publication charges paid directly to the Consolidated Fund of India via the Bharatkosh portal.
